Who are we?

We are a user acquisition network and premium mobile agency based out of India, Indonesia, UAE, Singapore, Germany & Romania. We work with multiple brands and websites across various verticals on a performance basis to help them acquire a premium user base and achieve their marketing objectives.

We run performance campaigns for both mobile & web in India & International markets, including - Lead Generation, new user acquisition, engagement, targeted campaigns, burst campaigns & incentivized campaigns, in-house email marketing, push notification etc.

Innovana Think Lab - Is a NSE listed company and engaged in software & application development business, which directly provides services to create new applications and enhance the functionality of users’ existing software products. Product portfolio consists of applications and software such as Ad-blocker, Disk Cleanup, Space Reviver, File Opener, Privacy Protector, etc. They have developed numerous products and these products have registered their presence and popularity in over 126 countries in 13 different languages.

OPEN POSITION:

Delivery Operations Manager

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

4 to 8 years

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee tracking, recording and reporting on the print mail process ensuring delivery of regulatory documents.
  • Communicating Associate performance feedback through 1-on-1 coaching and feedback sessions, completing performance appraisals, identifying and making available additional training and support based upon individual team member development needs and goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with external print and mail vendors responsible for the delivery and regulatory compliance of statements, confirmations, tax and prospectus documentation.
  • Actively analyze vendor performance through daily interactions and quarterly business reviews with the vendor and monitoring service levels and quality.
  • Lead and manage the establishment of vendor guidelines and practices.
  • Educate others on the complexity of the regulatory document process and potential impacts to end clients and the firm.
  • Cross train with Document Manager to include document management and document vendor management.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Create operations playbook and integrate into business for consistent project review.
  • Create a governance forum for employees to voice concerns on project implementation and present those findings to Senior Leadership.
  • Build relationships with our customers to better understand customer goals and efforts.
  • Provide input to stakeholders on feature improvements, customers business challenges, and what keeps our customers happy, and what makes them churn.
  • Track, process, and analyze surveys on feature improvements, customer business challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing, product, sales, and customer support teams to develop and promote new initiatives.
  • Motivating and inspiring team members, both on an individual and team level, with regards to achievement of corporate, business unit and personal goals.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Outstanding organizational skills
